Gem Tower Defense is a love letter to the classic gem TD custom maps, rebuilt from scratch as a handcrafted pixel-art game for iPhone and iPad. Every round you place gems drawn at random. Keep the one you like, and the rest turn to rock. Your towers are your walls, so every choice shapes the maze the enemies must march through.
Combine duplicate gems into higher qualities, hunt for special combinations, and route ever-nastier waves of critters through your killbox. Simple to learn, brutally deep to master.

Eleven enemy families, five tiers each, every one hand-animated at sixteen pixels square. They look cute right up until wave 30.

- Play on the go. A quick wave in line or a long run on the couch. The game saves automatically, so you can put it down mid-wave and continue right where you left off.
- Premium and offline. No ads, no tracking, no account. Your save lives on your device and syncs to your iCloud.
- Game Center leaderboards. Chase high scores against the world, if you want to.
- A proper guide. The in-game book explains every gem, combo and enemy.
